Georgia has developed significant success in the last years of the 20th century with industrial development opportunities. In this respect, with the achievements of the world's highly developed industry, our planet on Earth has begun with climate change-global warming, which is evidenced by the changes in air and soil on the basis of agroecological monitoring. The "greenhouse effect" with excess tectogenic gases has been identified that affects life on earth daily. At this time the ozone holes will form in the ozone layer. Gas compounds in the atmosphere and the effect of greenhouse, which is one of the important factors of acidic rains. In the formation of this process, it has a great contribution to the exhaust of internal burning engines (Tbilisi, Kutaisi), Metallurgical Factory (Rustavi), Feroalloy Plant (Zestaponi), all types of fuel in Georgia (oil, coal, gas ..). When using them, stable compounds are produced. The anthropogenic effect of air pollution with the spread of "carbon oxides" is confirmed by the combustion of organic substances, oxidation, and other processes that produce carbon dioxide (CO2), it is a moderately technical compound. Depending on it, living organisms have different resistance. By 2030, Georgia's strategic goal is to reduce emissions with the promotion of low -carbon production and technology development.
